Virtual Body Doubling

For Therapists

Supportive Community

Let’s be real—when you know someone is working alongside you, you’re way less likely to procrastinate. Body doubling creates that little push we sometimes need to stay on track, especially for tasks we tend to put off.

Even if you love private practice, paperwork can feel isolating. A body doubling session brings a sense of connection—whether it’s a colleague, another therapist, or even a virtual co-working space. You don’t have to struggle through it alone.

Helps You Stay on Track

When you're in a session, you’re fully present. But when it’s time to do notes, distractions suddenly seem unavoidable. Just having someone else quietly working alongside you can keep you focused and help you knock out your documentation faster.
